Club Class is taking Expressions of Interest now, with the formal launch tied to Karnataka RERA registration. Here is what to expect and when...
Buyers keep asking one question: when is Codename Club Class launching? The honest answer is that the formal launch has not been dated yet. Right now the project is at the pre-launch stage, Expressions of Interest (EOI) are open now, and the launch will follow Karnataka RERA registration. This post explains what that sequence means and how to prepare.
Club Class is a lakefront development by Multigen Developers Private Limited on a ~3-acre site at Thirumenahalli, off Thanisandra Main Road. It plans 220 homes in two 28-storey towers, with 3 BHK homes from 1,832 sft and 3.5 BHK homes up to 2,312 sft. Indicative pricing starts at Rs 2.15 Cr++. RERA registration is awaited, and the possession target is 2029, linked to 36 months from RERA approval.
The Club Class Thanisandra launch date 2026 depends on RERA registration. Until the project is registered, it cannot be formally marketed for booking, so the launch will be announced alongside or shortly after registration. At that point, the developer releases the final price sheet, the floor-rise schedule, the payment plan and the official specification schedule. For the timing of registration itself, see our guide to the RERA registration number.
Registering an EOI now is how buyers secure a place in the queue. Each EOI receives a Multigen EOI priority number, and allocation at launch is expected to follow that sequence. That matters in a project with only eight homes per floor across both towers: lake-facing homes and upper floors tend to be chosen first, so an early priority number widens your choice. The EOI amount is confirmed by our team at enquiry.
Use the pre-launch window to narrow your choice. Study the brochure and master plan, compare the eight unit plans, and decide which tower and floor band suit you. Arrange your home loan eligibility in advance, and budget for charges beyond the base price – GST at 5%, stamp duty, registration, club membership and any floor-rise or preferred location charges.
At launch, EOIs convert into bookings in priority order, followed by the agreement for sale. Construction then proceeds under RERA oversight, with quarterly updates published on the Karnataka RERA portal. The 2029 possession target gives buyers a clear horizon for planning moves, rentals or loan disbursements.
We share launch news with every registered enquirer as soon as it is announced. To be on that list, register your interest with our team, and keep an eye on the Codename Club Class homepage for updates.
