Where does construction at Club Class stand today, and how will progress be tracked from here? Our latest update, with what to watch next...
This Codename Club Class construction status update covers where the site stands today and how progress will be tracked from here. The short version: construction is at an early stage, Karnataka RERA registration is awaited, and the formal launch has not yet been dated.
The ~3-acre site at Thirumenahalli, off Thanisandra Main Road, sits beside the ~30-acre Thirumenahalli Lake. In the master plan, two 28-storey towers sit at the centre and south of the site, with arrival and the Sports Club along the eastern frontage and a green belt to the north and west. At this stage, work on site is at an early stage, consistent with a project that is still at the Expression of Interest (EOI) stage.
Once the project is registered, the promoter must publish quarterly progress updates on the Karnataka RERA portal, covering construction, approvals and funds. We will summarise each update here, alongside Club Class site progress photos taken during our own visits, so buyers can see the site as well as read about it. Each quarterly filing will also prompt a fresh Codename Club Class construction status update here. The gallery will carry the latest images.
The indicated structure uses aluminium formwork, often called Mivan, with an RCC framed, seismic-zone compliant design. Mivan construction speed is one reason developers choose it: walls and slabs are cast together in reusable aluminium moulds, which usually shortens floor cycles and reduces variation between floors compared with conventional brick-and-block work. For a 28-storey tower, that consistency matters. Our guide to aluminium formwork construction covers the pros and cons in detail.
Buyers should watch for a sequence of milestones: RERA registration and launch, excavation and foundation work, basement completion, the start of typical-floor slabs, structural completion of both towers, and then finishing, the clubhouses and landscape. Under a construction-linked payment plan, most demands will be tied to these stages, so matching each demand to visible progress is a sensible habit.
Possession is targeted for 2029, linked to 36 months from RERA approval. Our post on the possession timeline explains what drives that date and how RERA protects buyers if it slips.
Photos and reports only go so far. Book a site visit to see the land and the lake edge in person, and check back here for the next update. The Codename Club Class homepage has the full project overview.
